Return & Refund Policy

Introduction

At Exclusiveyrstudi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains our policies and procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from our website.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. If you have any questions about returns or refunds, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this policy.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unburned, and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • The product must include all original accessories, labels, and documentation
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been burned, used, or damaged due to misuse or negligence on your part. We also cannot accept returns for custom-made or personalized products unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and process your replacement or refund promptly.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@exclusiveyrstudi.world or through our contact page with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
  4. Include the RA number in your return package
  5. Ship the package to the address we provide using a trackable shipping method

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10-14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

To expedite this process, you may contact us, and we can coordinate the return and new order. We cannot guarantee that the item you want will be in stock at the time of your exchange request.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been burned or used
  • Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.

If you cancel an order before it ships, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us immediately to discuss your options.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@exclusiveyrstudi.world. We will investigate the matter and ensure your refund is processed correctly.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless your return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error. If we sent you the wrong item or if the item was defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Gift Returns

If you received a product as a gift and would like to return it, you can return it for store credit. Gift returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and must include the original gift receipt or order number.

Once we receive and inspect the returned gift, we will issue store credit equal to the item's purchase price. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and does not expire.
